Welcome to the Enbridge MIR3 Account Portal. The portal allows you to view and manage your personal contact information that Enbridge may use to support emergency notifications. Your personal contact information (non-Enbridge devices) is not brought over from the Enbridge systems.
This information will only be used to support emergency notifications and is externally hosted.
Your username must be entered in the format: YourEnbridgeEmailAddress
For example: Jane.Doe@enbridge.com (or @uniongas.com)
If you need your password reset, use the ‘Forgot/Reset Password’ tab. Any other questions or issues please contact the Enterprise Service Desk (1-844-362-6948).
Note that you will be emailed a temporary password and expected to enter a new password once inside the portal.
Passwords must be strong: At least: 8 characters including a number, a capital, and a punctuation mark (i.e.: !@#$%^&*()_+)
