The MIR3 Account Portal allows you to view and manage your own contact information used by the Service Desk, VSIRT, SCC and other teams to alert you when an event occurs. If you need your password reset, use the ‘Forgot/Reset Password’ tab. Any other questions or issues, please access vHelp and search for ‘MIR3’ to submit a ticket.
Enter your work email and select ‘Reset Password’ and a temporary password will be sent to the mailbox in your profile. Return back to the login screen and use that temporary password. You will be requested to select a new password at first login.
